Second Bootcamp Dates Announced!

Hey everyone everything is finalized for the next camp! All the information you need is posted below! Thanks so much for making the first camp a huge success.





Start Date: August 14th
Where: Veteran's Park Beekman Rd South Brunswick NJ
Times: Thursday 7:30-8:30pm Saturday 8:00-9:00 am
Limit: 15 people
Cost: $120 ($15 per session)
Description: Bootcamp will include an intense mix of strength training and cardio suited for the beginner or advanced! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me at either of the provided options.

First Camp Starts July 10th!

Hey everyone here's all the details for the first camp that you'll need!


When: July 10th Thursday Night 7:30-8:30pm and Saturday July 12th 8-9am.

Where: Veterans Park Beekman Road South Brunswick NJ
Coming from Route 27 it will be first park on Left.
Coming from Route 1 it will be second park on Right.

Availabilty: Sold Out

What to bring: All participants MUST bring water or something to drink! Also I will need your Medical History and Informed Consent Paperwork.
